What is the
Turbo Collective?

Think of it as two forces working together: someone in your corner who knows your business inside and out, and a room full of people who've been exactly where you are. One gives you direction. The other makes sure you actually follow through.

Pillar 01

1-on-1 Sessions
with Arthur

One-on-one coaching conversation

Face to face, no agenda other than your business. You show up as you are — wherever that is — and together you build a clear, realistic plan to move things forward, one step at a time.

Arthur meets you where you are. No judgment, no pressure — just an honest look at where you're at and what the next right move is.

Pillar 02

Group Sessions
with the Collective

Group coaching session

Every two weeks, a small group of business owners from all walks of life comes together to share what's working, what isn't, and what they're figuring out. Different industries, different sizes — but you'll recognize yourself in their stories more than you'd expect.

It's a warm, honest space to learn, get unstuck, and be reminded that you're not alone in this. Everything shared stays in the room.

Examples of Turbo group sessions

The Red Chair

"You put your hardest problem on the table, and the whole group goes to work on it."

One member, one problem, the full group's focus. No filter — just real perspective from people who understand what it's like to run a business.

The News

"Every session starts the same way — we go around the room and hear what's actually been happening in everyone's business."

Wins, setbacks, surprises, decisions pending. It grounds the group, sparks conversation, and reminds everyone they're not alone in the chaos.

Levers & Blindspots

"What's the one number that drives your business? And what's the number you know you should be tracking — but aren't?"

Every member shares both. The group digs in. It's often the first time someone has been asked to think about their business this way.

How we show up

Humility

Nobody here has it all figured out. That's the point. Check your ego at the door.

Transparency

Real numbers, real struggles. The group is only as useful as you are honest in it.

Confidentiality

What's shared in the group stays in the group. No exceptions, no grey areas.

Follow-through

You commit to the group, not just to yourself. That's what makes the accountability real.

The Problem

You work harder than ever.
But it still feels like you're standing still.

The numbers don't quite add up. You don't have a real sounding board. And you don't know what you don't know. That's not a you problem — that's an isolation problem.

A million spinning plates

Sales, operations, marketing, finance, HR — it's all you. When everything is a priority, nothing is. And the mental load of holding it all together leaves no room to actually move the needle on any of it.

Running on instinct, not data

Most business owners are flying blind. No clear financial picture, no metrics to guide decisions — just gut feelings and hope.

No one around who gets it

Your friends and family are supportive, but they aren't interested in the nitty gritty so they don't understand what it's actually like to run this business. Wouldn't it be great to have a group of people who do?

This used to be my passion

You started this because you loved something. Now you spend most of your time on admin, emails, logistics, and fires. The thing you actually built this for? You barely get to do it anymore.

No accountability but yourself

You set goals in January. By March they've faded. Without someone to hold you to it, great intentions stay intentions.

The business took over the life

You started this for freedom. A business that would work around your life, not consume it. But somewhere along the way every new lead became another obligation, another thing pulling you away from the people and moments you actually care about. At some point you stop wanting it to grow at all.

Three simple steps.
Lasting results.

01

Have a coffee with Arthur

We start with a free, no-pressure conversation. You share where your business is and where you want it to go. If there's a fit, we move forward. If not, you may still walk away with some clarity.

02

Join the Turbo Collective

Become part of a small, intentional community of business owners who genuinely want to see each other succeed. 1-on-1 sessions with Arthur plus bi-weekly group meetups where you learn, share, and grow together.

03

Make your first 1% improvement

Together we identify what to focus on first — because that's often the hardest part. Then we plan small, consistent improvements that compound over time. No dramatic overhauls, just the right next step, one quarter at a time.

What's Included

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

Private sessions with Arthur focused entirely on your business. Numbers, strategy, mindset, execution — direct, honest, and practical every time.

Bi-weekly Group Meetups

Small group sessions where members share wins, challenges, and advice. Includes red chair sessions where the whole group focuses on one member's toughest problem.

Quarterly Planning & Reviews

Every 90 days we review and reset. Complete the workbook, commit to the group, and leave with a clear action plan — and the accountability to follow through.

A Diverse Community

Members from retail, fitness, creative services, food & beverage, healthcare, and more. Cross-industry insight is one of the most underrated advantages in business.

Financial Clarity

Arthur is numbers-driven. You'll understand your actual financials, what levers to pull, and how to make decisions based on data — not feelings or guesswork.

Accountability That Sticks

What you commit to in the group is what you're held to. Commitments are tracked between sessions, so goals don't quietly fade by March.

Your Own Member Portal

Every member gets their own private portal to track KPIs, log quarterly reviews, and keep a running record of goals, commitments, and progress — all in one place.

Your business, tracked.
Your progress, visible.

Priced for where
you actually are.

We use a sliding scale based on your annual revenue — not because we want to charge you more if you're doing well, but because it's the only way to keep a genuinely diverse group. A fiber arts festival and a multi-location restaurant shouldn't pay the same price.

Monthly Retainer

$160 / 4 weeks

Starting price — up to $100K annual revenue

Bi-weekly 1-on-1 in-person coaching hour with Arthur

·Full community access & member network

Sliding Scale

Pricing scales with your revenue — so the people who need it most can always afford it.

We want a genuinely diverse group — solo founders, growing businesses and established companies side by side. A tiered model is the way we chose to be affordable as an entry point.

$100K – $500K / year $320
$500K – $1M / year $500
$1M+ / year $1,000

Every tier includes the exact same experience. The price is the only difference.

We are lifestyle entrepreneurs, coming together to learn and share. Respect the trust, keep it real in here, keep it private outside.

Building a business can be very isolating. Whatever your background, this community exists to pool our experiences and ideas so nobody has to figure it all out in a vacuum.

We're all kind of winging it (but that's our little secret).

Arthur · Founder & Coach

I started my career as a graphic designer, but quickly realized I was more interested in building businesses than designing for them. That curiosity took me around the world — from building furniture in Malaysia to launching and running restaurant businesses in Belgium, where I operated for over nine years.

Along the way I've worked across dozens of industries: retail shops, fitness studios, coffee roasters, graphic design firms, magazines, bagel bakeries, fiber arts festivals, and everything in between. What I've learned is that while every business has its unique quirks, the fundamentals of building something sustainable and profitable are remarkably consistent.

I'm numbers-driven and practical. I don't teach theory — I tell you what I would do if I were in your shoes, based on what I've seen work across all these different contexts.

Turbo is for anyone
who runs a real business.

You're generating revenue and you want to grow — intentionally, sustainably, without losing your mind or your life in the process. Industry doesn't matter. Business size doesn't matter. Willingness to show up and do the work does.

You're open to feedback

You don't need to be right — you need to get better. You can hear something uncomfortable and sit with it rather than getting defensive.

You're hungry to learn

You read, you ask questions, you pay attention to how other businesses work. You know there's always something you could be doing better.

You're post-revenue

You've validated the idea — people are paying you. Now you want to build something more intentional and sustainable around it.

You want a lifestyle business

You're not chasing unicorn scale. You want a business that's profitable, fulfilling, and gives you your life back — not one that consumes it.

You show up and follow through

You keep your commitments. You do what you said you'd do. You understand that the group only works if everyone brings their honest self to it.

You're driven — but human

You care deeply about what you're building, but you also know it's hard and messy and that's okay. You don't need to perform success — just work toward it.

Turbo might not be
the right fit right now.

We're not a curriculum. There's no fixed start date, no modules to complete, no certification at the end. If you're pre-revenue, or looking for a structured programme to learn the fundamentals — there are better places to begin. If you only have a specific question or want help in just one area, The Turbo Collective is not the place for that either.

There's a lot of support for entrepreneurs in Chattanooga, so there's something for everyone. These are two programmes I'm personally involved in — reach out and I can help you get connected!
